Yealink IP Phone Forwarding to Voicemail When Busy

Customers want to transfer the call directly to someone's voicemail.

The scenario is as follows:

• A Customer Calls the Reception and Asks for Employee A.
• The front desk learned that Employee A was in a meeting and could not pass directly.
• So the front desk wants to send the customer directly to Employee A's voicemail

1. Enter the phone's web interface.

2. We go to Settings > Configuration.

3. We export the configm file on the phone.

4. We open the cfg file we downloaded. We write the following codes and save them.

5. After saving the CFG file, we go to the web interface and import the file.

If you complete the steps above, you can use the feature on your phone.

Please follow the steps:

1. Press the “Transfer” softkey.
2. Press the “Message” key.
3. Enter the number you want to transfer.
4. Press the “Transfer” softkey.
