When putting someone on hold, sometimes users may forget that they are still on the call and want to hear the audio notification to remind them.
Scenario: To remind the person that they have put someone on hold, we can have it emit a short beep every 30 seconds.
1. We log in to the Wb interface.
2.Go to Features - General Information.
3. Make the Play Hold tone section “enabled”. Fill in the play hold tone delay section in seconds.
